How can I open a DVD disc or a DVD directory in my hard-disk?
There are 3 ways to open a DVD movie disc:
1. Click on "Open a DVD" button in the top toolbar and select the DVD-Rom drive
2. Drag files you want to convert in Windows Explorer dialog, move the mouse cursor to the list in the middle of the main interface and drop them.
3. In Windows Explorer dialog, right click on files or directories that you want to convert, click on "Convert DVD to iPod..." in the pop-up menu and Agile DVD to iPod Converter will be launched with selected files/directories added.
4. Addtional, if you want to open a DVD directory in the hard-disk, please click on the "Open DVD Direcotry" button in the toolbar. The drag-drop function and the pop-up menu in the Windows Explorer are available as well.

I would like to change some settings. Where can I find them?
Click on the "Settings" button in the top toolbar. The Setting Dialog will pops up. Note, the "Setting button" in not available when it is ripping.

How can I choose the output audio track and subtitle?
You can use the drop-download lists in the bottom of the interface to choose the output audio track and subtitle. Please note, each title includes different audio tracks and subtitles. So, before choosing, highlight the title/chapter in the list.

Where can I find the output files after ripping?
After the ripping is completed, please click "Open" button which can be found at the bottom of the main interface. You will reach the output folder directly, where output files are placed. Besides, the output folder will be open automatically after the conversion if the "Open the output directory when the task is completed." option in Settings Dialog is checked.

After I make some proper modifications on settings, is it possible to save it as a new profile so that I can use it directly in further task
In the top of Setting Dialog "Profile" page, you can find a "Save as" button. After modifications is finished, please click this button and specify a new profile name. Note: the new profile should be placed in the "Profiles" sub-folder under the Agile DVD to iPod Converter installation folder.

Is it possible for me to rip a clip/segment of DVD titles and chapters?
Yes. Firstly, click to highlight the title/chapter in the list, and click on the "Specify the Start and End Time for ripping" button (Its icon is a pair of scissors). In the pop-up dialog, use the slider to specify the segment for ripping.

I do not like to add video files one by noe, and how can I import batch of video files by one time?
You'd better put all files into one folder and add that folder in our software. Multi-selection is available by pressing "CTRL" key and highlighting them at the same time. Actually, our software supports "dragging to add". It means you can select all the files you want to convert in the Windows and then drag them into the program. Our software will get them added automatically.

The length of some videos is very long, is the program able to exit or turn off my computer automatically after the conversion?
Yes. Make the "Exit the program when the task is completed." option checked in the "General" page of Setting Dialog, our software will close itself after the conversion is completed. In the same way, if the "Turn off the computer when the task is completed." option is checked, our software will turn off your computer automatically. This function is very useful when you try to convert some long movies, for you can go to sleep when the conversion is processing. Our software will take good care of everything. :-)
