How can I add video files that I want to merge?
There are four ways to add video files:
1. Click on "Add Files" button in the top toolbar.
2. Click on "Add Directory" button in the top toolbar. All video files in the selected directory will be added.
3. Drag files you want to convert in Windows Explorer dialog, move the mouse cursor to the list in the middle of the main interface and drop them.
4. In Windows Explorer dialog, right click on files or directories that you want to convert, click on "Join videos and save to MP4..." in the pop-up menu and Agile MP4 Video Joiner will be launched with selected files/directories added.

I would like to change some settings of output. Where can I find them?
Click on the "General Settings" button in the top toolbar. The Setting Dialog will pops up. Note, the "Setting button" in not available when the joining is processing. Addtional, there is another "Setting" button beside the "Profile" drop-down list. It is used to adjust the specific parameters in a certain profile. You can set up the video size of the output file as well.

Where can I find the output files after the joining?
After the joining is completed, please click "Open" button which can be found at the bottom of the main interface. You will reach the output folder directly, where output files are placed. Besides, the output folder will be open automatically after the joining if the "Open the output directory when the task is completed." option in General Settings Dialog is checked.

After I make some proper modifications on settings, is it possible to save it as a new profile so that I can use it directly in further joining?
We are sorry but this function is not available yet. The good new is it is under developing and will be added into the new version.

How many output video formats does this program supports
Agile MP4 Video Joiner supports almost all popular video formats including AVI/MPEG-1/MPEG-2/MP4/WMV/DivX/Xvid/MOV/FLV/ASF, etc.

I do not like to add video files one by noe, and how can I import batch of video files by one time?
You'd better put all files into one folder and add that folder in our software. Multi-selection is available by pressing "CTRL" key and highlighting them at the same time. Actually, our software supports "dragging to add". It means you can select all the files you want to convert in the Windows and then drag them into the program. Our software will get them added automatically.

The length of some videos is very long, is the program able to exit or turn off my computer automatically after the joining?
Yes. Make the "Exit the program when the task is completed." option checked in the General Setting Dialog, our software will close itself after the conversion is completed. In the same way, if the "Turn off the computer when the task is completed." option is checked, our software will turn off your computer automatically. This function is very useful when you try to convert some long movies, for you can go to sleep when the joining is processing. Our software will take good care of everything. :-)
